Refund Policy

The Squamish Triathlon is a volunteer operated event dedicated to raising funds for the Robert W. McIntosh Scholarship Fund and the registration fees collected are used for operational costs like timing services, insurance, swim caps, park use fees, tent rentals, portable toilets and much more. If for some reason you can’t participate, your registration fees will be put to good use so we don’t offer refunds, registration rollovers to a future year and transfers are not offered.

Please note that racing under a name other than your own has the potential to compromise the sanctioning and insurance of our event through Triathlon BC as well as the accuracy of the race results.

Package Pick Up

Photo ID and TRIBC or ATA card (if applicable) is required at packet pick-up. You and only you can pick up your race packet. If you arrive at the race site without photo ID, you will have to participate as a spectator only. Sorry, TRIBC does not allow us to give you your race packet without ID.
